Hi, I recently renovated my house and the electrician helped me install a set of home video intercom (one indoor unit and one outdoor camera). [Hikvision]
Apparently it should support the main gate opening and closing function, but I was told by the electrician that my gate control box is unable to support such functions. And that I can only open/close the gate using the gate remote.
Is that true?
I tried asking around but no one seems to know the problem.
Any experts here can help please?
