Unable to unbind device

As shown in the pictures attached, I am unable to unbind the current device. As a result, I am unable to add the device in order for me to view the cameras through my android phone. I'm using the Hik-Connect app from google play store.

I tried scanning the QR code provided by the Network > Platform Access but it keeps saying that the device has already been added by another account.

What seems to be the problem here?

Device Model: DS-7208HGHI-F1
Software Ver: V3.4.89 build 180906

You will need to contact Hikvision Tech Support and ask them to delete the DVR from all other Hik-Connect accounts.
