Unable to connect HI-Look cameras after NVR reset

Hi Guys,

Basically I'm no longer able to find my Hi-Look cameras through the NVR after it was reset back to factory settings.. this was done in error after my dad could no longer connect through the Guarding Vision app after he replaced his Sky router for a new one.

I've been able to get the NVR back online but it wont connect to the cameras anymore. They're being detected but I get a network abnormal message?

I've downloaded the SADP tool but that isnt picking them up either.

Any advice would be much appreciated.

Do the cameras have a reset pushbutton?
If so, try resetting them to defaults.
 
They don’t have a push button reset. I managed to connect them directly to my router and find their IP addresses to reassign on my NVR.
All sorted!
