Trying to install cctv system

Purchased 8 cameras and dvr about 15 months ago in 2018 from Amazon. Just getting it installed and Unable to set up the dvr which is a hanwha techwin dvr made in China model SDR-B74301N2T/UC. No manuals were received with order. NO FACTORY RESETS OR PASSWORDS HAVE WORKED. I JUST WANT TO REWIND MY DVR
