TLS firmware for DS-7616NXI-I2 / 16P/4S?

I'm Francesco and this is my first post
I need last firmware for DS-7616NXI-I2 / 16P/4S product that actually has V4.1.18 build 200120 fw.

The idea is to use O365 Microsoft mailbox to send email on motion action and actually I have only SSL option; when I set up configuration test email fails. I need TLS option.

Serial numer is DS-7616NXI-I2 / 16P/4S1620190814CCRRD50333335WCVU .

Can you please help me?

Nope, you're not doing anything wrong... just wait a bit... someone familiar with your NVR DS-7616NXI-I2/6P/4S should chime in eventually...

grazie molte! Ma allora come risolvere il problema di invio e-mail con opzione tls? Le ho veramente provare tutte mi rimane solo da tirar su un server smtp che giri il traffico sulla
25 in ssl. Il mio obbiettivo è o365 ma vi vanno bene anche eventuali alternative..
