Take a clear snapshot from a recording?

I am looking for a way to extract clear images from recording footage. Do we have any specific tool from Hikvision ?

How are you accessing your Hikvision NVR? With a browser or a direct HDMI/VGA monitor?

i access it with Browser.

Okay,

When logged into the NVR with a browser, if you go to the Playback menu and start playing the recordings from one of your cameras you can save a snapshot by clicking the little camera icon in the bottom left of the playback window (see below screenshot).

When you click that icon the snapshot should be saved into your computer's download folder (unless you have set a different save location).
