suddenly can`t view my 2 ip cameras on ivms-4200

for some reason my cameras are offline.i can view them on my mobile devices but not on my laptop.i tried uninstalling and reinstalling ivms 4200 but cameras won`t come online.tried serial numbers and ip search. any ideas? thanks

If your connection was using the HiDDNS service - this has been discontinued.

HiDDNS Discontinued, iVMS-4500 Discontinued 15-02-22. Removed from app stores

There are a couple of posts regarding HiDDNS no longer working so in case anyone was unaware and still uses it... HiDDNS has been discontinued and iVMS-4500 will no longer be supported (but will remain working for now) from Feb 15th 2022. Please see the attached document which details this...

Ok. You don’t detail how you were previously connected, that’s why I mentioned HiDDNS. HiDDNS was a connection method that could be used to connect to your camera, NVR, DVR within both the iVMS-4500 mobile app and iVMS-4200 PC/Mac application. If you were connected using IP address, domain name or Hik-Connect then that wouldn’t apply.
