Spro 4mp IP colour night camera

Hi all ...I have just recently installed a spro IP 4mp colour night CCTV system and I'm very pleased with the picture quality.
My question is do the starlight led lights need to stay on all night to record in colour as they a very bright and I'm having complaint from my neighbour.
Can they be switched off and still record in colour.

I don't know the brand at all, so don't know whether you are able to disable the LEDs in the settings.

Some white light is needed to render colour images.

I have the same issue. Yes you can reduce the brightness of the white LEDS. You need to access the cameras menu through a web browser.

Yes they stay on all night, there is no infra red on these cameras ,so if no light on then night vision will be poor depending on ambient light from street lamps etc
