Sony SNC-DH180 & SNC-DH210T not working

Dear All,
kindly, I have Sony Cameras SNC-DH180 and SNC-210T not working.

• 2 cameras one SNC-DH180 and one SNC-DH210T they are ON without any ping or IP detected on the SNC TOOLBOX at all, no access no GUI, nothing, just the power and network lights is ON, I tried to factory reset them without any change, does they dead ? is there anything that I can do to fix them ?

• 1 camera SNC-DH180 detected by the SNC TOOLBOX, but when I open the GUI give me no screen, nothing at all like the picture below, I factory Reset the camera without any change, I tried to redownload a new Firmware but the process Failed like showed in the pictures bellow, I replaced the whole lens without any change, I replaced the network circuit board and didn't work also, is there any chance to save the camera or fix it or it just dead ?
