Some of the DS-2CD2355FWD-I Camera showing Offline ( IP Camera does not exist ).

Hello Forum,

I have a DS-7616NI-SP , which has 5 DS-2CD2355FWD-I cameras functional initially.
Lately I noticed that 3 of those are showing Offline ( IP Camera does not exist ).


I am unable to bring back them to live as I am unable to delete and reconfigure.
The installation was done by an installer and I have failed to get hold of him to resolve.

Attached is a screen shot of what I see via the console currently.

Any guidance to resolve would be wonderful.
I do not want to anything destructive yet , but I have done the customary reboots and tried.

If they were working OK, but have now stopped, then I would recommend fetching each camera down and testing it close to the NVR (connected with a short (factory-made) patch lead).
