Smart human and vehicle not picking up

DS-7608NI-I2 nvr ds 2cd2347g2 camera.

Which setting picks up people and vehicles. It seems to have lost the ability to capture these types of events in smart playback.

Hi @Vauxfan

There isn't a setting that will look retrospectively at saved footage and pick out people/vehicles for you unfortunately - this needs to be set up for the detection to work live during event periods.

Are you using the "detection target" tick box for the basic and smart events? Are you using the "target validity" dropdown for any smart event?

Also, what firmware version do you have installed on the NVR and camera?
