Reolink to nvr Help

Hi all i have a problem I've purchased a reolink 5mp 511 i have a zxtech onyx 25 channel poe nvr if i plug it direct via poe when i look it cannot find it if i connect it networking with its own supply the nvr will find it and i can chance the ip to the right network but i still get no video or parameters
