Hi everyone. Forgive me for my ignorance. Yesterday an engineer installed a 6 camera system and NVR. A pyronix alarm will be added on Saturday. At the moment I am using the ProControl+ app, plus accessing the HIkvision NVR via IE to edit the camera settings.
The connection is great and streaming works really well.
My only remaining issue is renaming the NVR within the ProControl+ app. I was able to rename the cameras fine, but not the NVR.
Each time I rename the NVR within the App (on both iOS or Android) I get errors such as System Operation Failed or Device Network Unstable.
I have been able to rename it via accessing it via a web browser, but doesn’t replicate to the app.
Does anyone know how to fix this issue?
