I recently moved house and had to change my internet provider. I am now with Sky, with a Sky Q router. I setup my DS-7604NI-K1 and cameras connected directly and everything is working fine apart from remote viewing events. I can view the cameras live view, over mobile data just fine, but whenever i try to view an event, It takes an age to load, if it loads at all.

Just a suggestion, but I would check your account settings AND Sky router settings for any safety or content filter options. I think Sky has something called "Sky Broadband Shield" enabled by default which may be blocking certain ports or services?
I don't use Sky but I know some ISPs have things like that - for example TalkTalk blocks some websites and services by default now and you have to either specifically ask them to disable those options or change your "HomeSafe" account settings to allow them. The things they block can include legitimate services/websites but things which scammers use for scams (e.g. TeamViewer).
