QVIS NVR Viper 4K - password reset?

Hi,
Does anyone have any experience with the QVIS viper NVRs?
I’ve been locked out of mine due to forgetting the password so the only option is to use the dynamic password, but everyone seems to charge £100+ to help with this.
Is there any way of getting this sorted for minimal cost?

Hi Josh. The dynamic password is the only way to reset your password. Qvis will only issue a password reset to registered installers. Where are you located? I might be able to help you?

Yeah, I can help you. Unfortunately, with it being the weekend. Qvis tech support ate not open until Monday morning.
