QVIS Eagle CCTV cameras

Good evening,

This is my first post and I'm just looking for a little bit of help. I installed x4 QVIS eagle camera's and three are working perfectly. The fourth one's issue is that it is locked by an old password on the device and cannot get into it to reset it. Does anybody know anything about this cameras and how to unlock it? I've tried to speak with QVIS but seems as though they don't want to help. I will definitely be installing HIK from now on.

What's the model number of the camera that you're locked out of please?
Most new IP cameras will have a physical reset button for defaulting the camera to it's factory settings, which is often located beneath the microSD card cover.
Can you see a reset button on yours anywhere?
