Problems with playback from mobile devices

Hi, sorry if this has been asked before, but I have searched and not come across this problem.

On the NVR I have full 24 hours playback available, but on mobile devices using Hik-Connect (5 different devices) I only get specific sections of playback available. Its always 12am-1am everyday, but all other times are random. I've also tried the iVMS app too, but no difference. Ive rebooted and reset the NVR, but nothing seems to have worked. Would anyone have any suggestions to what I could try?

NVR and camera models? Updating firmware is always a good first step. Many issues with Hik-Connect have been fixed in the latest firmware.
 
thanks for your reply, the NVR is a NVR-104-A-4P, the camera is a Gamut 1080p IP PTZ Bullet Camera and these are linked via the EnGenius ENS500 Wireless Panel 5GHz CPE.

I haven't tried updating the firmware, but will have a look at that the next time i'm at the kit.
