Problem with camera resolution

Welcome ,
I have 3 hikvision cameras ( each one is 3 MP ) and hikvision DVR .
My problem is the first camera gets only ( 3 MP resolution ) and the others gets ( 1080p ) whatever I have replaced the camera ports or not
The fist one gets always 3 MP .
How could I force the others to view 3 MP also ?

Please provide your camera and NVR model numbers.
Where are you checking / seeing this limitation please?

I'm afraid that we have no experience with DVRs (because we only offer IP cameras and NVRs).
The images and info you have added makes the problem much clearer - hopefully somebody with DVR and HD over co-ax experience will see this and be able to help you.
