Problem port forwarding Milesight camera

I'm trying to port forward my Milesight mini PTZ bullet camera so I can stream to Angelcam.

I'm with Plusnet, and have tried multiple times to open various ports on my hub one router, but they never seem to open. I've raised it with Plusnet, but they told me they don't support port forwarding!

Anyone have any ideas? As I'm tearing my hair out here!

Does the router accept the configuration change when you forward the ports?

it seems to. But when I try any port checking websites it says they're all closed.

Ok. Where is the bit where you forward those ports to the actual device?

Assuming the internal IP is correct, that does look like it should work. Have you verified this works from within your network? Can you access http://192.168.1.190:8080 (presumably the web interface)? If that works, can you verify the gateway address that's set on the camera is correct.

Yes, I've no problem accessing the camera. Here are the settings.

You didn’t update the default gateway. It’s still set as it left the factory. Give it the address of your router.

Hi @DD8 Music - try turning High Light Compensation (HLC) on to see if it'll help with those spotlights behind the statue:
