Please help - Hikvision error code 534

Hi all,

After a few hours of trying to get my Hikvision to send emails upon a motion alert. I though I'd cracked it but I'm getting an error code: 534 coming up on my iVMS-4200 software

If someone could help I'd be uber grateful, oh and I'm a complete novice so please 'so my Gran could understand' answers please

These are the details I've inputted

SMTP Server: smtp.gmail.com
Encryption: SSL
Port: 465
Sender address: my email address@gmail.com
Security Cert: Tick

I know this will have been asked a fair few times so I apologise in advice
