Playback Recordings Not Working?

Hi,

I have a DS-7608NI-K2 / 8P NVR and 4x DS-2CD2383G0-I cameras.

I have tried to record playback on both iVMS-4500 and Hik-Connect Mobile app, but on two out of the four cameras the playback recording doesn't work, it says "Failed to start Playing" on iVMS-4500 Mobile app and the file size is only 40B.

Live and Playback works fine on all four cameras - just the playback recording is not working on two cameras.

Anyone know why I'm getting this error?

Are you really using the iVMS-4500 App?
It went end of life / unsupported years ago.

I'm confused as to what you mean here:
