onvif camera smart ip not displayed

hello, all
i 'm new member in this forum
i have a NVE HIKVISION 7108N-SN ,and a smart ptz camera
the nvr detect my small camera as onvif but when i put admin and pass,i get permanent connecting......and no picture.
i think it 's onvif version compatibility!
someone had already solve this issue ,thank

thank ,i use win xp, onvif manager and it give only rtsp url stream without identification ,but when i put this rtsp stream on dvr ,still error
itry packet sniffer ,i discover other port like 8800 and 8888,but no one give a stream link
