One Camera, Two YouTube Livestreams

I've set up my hikvision camera to stream on my YouTube channel

Does anyone know if it is possible to use the same stream from this camera to live stream on to another channel?

First thing that comes to my mind is:

1st channel uses default RTMP solution
2nd channel uses RTSP raw stream converted to RTMP and then stream to youtube(i would use RaPi)

But i guess there might be easier solutions, i just never used that setup,
