Mu HIKvision system has a total of 10 active cameras, only 9 of them are showing up on the home terminal. When I go in remotely on my phone app or from work I can see all 10 cameras and when I log into the home system and I go to the cameras in menue I can find and I can see the camera when I go into the camera system as camera number 15 but it just does not show up on the display. I must’ve inadvertently exed it out at one point, how do I get it back on my display? Thanks for your help.

I don’t know what model DVR it is but yes it is HDMI VGA monitor where I’m not seeing the camera. On any of my IVMS apps either on home PC computer or mobile the missing camera is showing up and playback is available the only place it’s not showing up is on the monitor for the direct HDMIVGA from the DVR. Sorry I’m not a very tech person

The first screen shot is my live view on the hdmi monitor on the dvr, the 2nd is the camera that is not showing up and the 3rd is the live view on the app getting rekote access.

ok, if you go to the live view menu I guided you to in my above reply (Right-click the live view and go to Configuration > Live View > View) then you should see that channel D15 is no longer set to one of the live view split screens and so you will need to select the window you want the live view to appear in and then select the D15 channel from the list to apply the stream to that live view window.
