You have no network settings entered - they are all zeros.
Therefore your NVR is not connected to your network.
You will not therefore be able to access it.
I could guide you through setup, but:
SADP should still find your NVR and report it - IF it is actually network connected to your router.
As SADP is not showing anything, I suspect that your NVR is no longer actually on your network.
What started these problems please?
e.g. have you changed your router?
