offline parameter error hikvision

Hello good evening, I have problems with a hikvision dome camera and a hikvision DVR.
When I connect the camera to the network, it is recognized and is entered normally by the IP of the camera.
But between the DVR and the camera there is no “communication”. It detects it but it marks the error: offline parameter error.
Any solution, it would be appreciated

Can you share the model numbers for your DVR and IP camera please?
And how many cameras are currently connected to your DVR?
