I am having trouble viewing my CCTV via my apple iphone, the cameras are showing offline. I deleted the App in the hope it would self sort, but now when I log on it asks me to add device so I scan the QR code on the Platform Access screen but it cannot connect.

On the DVR itself it is showing status - offline 0x2002.

I have tried rebooting the router and changing the the DNS to prim 8.8.8.8 and sec 8.8.4.4

None have worked

You should update the firmware on the NVR to this latest version - V4.30.101 build 191120

Are the cameras online if you use your IP address to access the NVR in a web browser? I.e. is Hik-Connect the only place they appear offline?

Try:
  1. Removing your NVR from Hik-Connect (if you scan the QR code you should have the option to "unbind").
  2. Log into the Hik-Connect Portal on a PC.
  3. Add the NVR again to your Hik-Connect account by it's 9 digit serial number using the "Add" button at the top of the page.
Are you also confident that the NVR has a valid IP address and gateway set? The gateway should be your router's IP address.
