NVR Update

I have an update available for my NVR DS-7604NI-K1/4P (D), its V4.83.010.

I'm trying to do the online update through the NVR but getting this message in pic below.

Doing playback through iVMS is now lagging/ unresponsive.

This same thing happened last time an update become available and it was all good again after the update ( which worked last time).

Any ideas on what to do with this??

Just find the version online and do it using a web browser (or unzip the firmware file and put the digicap.dav file on a USB drive and plug it into the NVR USB port)

Also what would be the difference between the

DS-7604NI-K1/4P(D) and the -2T which mine is?

Not sure - but only ever attempt to load the firmware for your specific model.

Oh, so what might of happened if I installed the V4.83.006 as for the (D) only model??

I had no way of knowing that I have the (D)-2T model??

Usually it will just fail to update if it's the wrong version.

Ok NVR update good now.

I have updated my cam DS-2DE2A404IW-DE3 firmware also as I was having problems with it.

Now I have lost Onvif connection.

I checked the password but it didn't seem right, and now no matter what I do I can't modify/change it?? Its stuck on 6 characters that I have no idea what it is??
