NVR resetting itself

Hi I have a hikvision DS-7604NI-SE-P the dvr keeps rebooting I thought it was the hard drive as it only reboots it self once every month about the same date. But now the dvr is rebooting itself every ten minutes or so. So I bought a new hard drive tryed to format it but can't get onto it because when the dvr reboot you can go into the menu put the password in then the mouse freeze and will not do anything then the dvr reboots itself again any one had this issue cheers jason

The reboot problem i had 2 times. The problem was the power adapter from the cameras! It was like, that the 12V going to the DVR BNC Port over the HDTVI Camera. But maybe your NVR has a damage, because some voltage is running into the LAN Port.

So, your cameras are not directly connected to the PoE Ports from the recorder? U use a external PoE Switch? Did u you ready LAN Cable, or did you patch yourself?

Yes straight to the poe ports thanks by cat 5 cable cheers
