HI,
so ive just installed and setup the above application ( i use ivms4500 on my phone) and under "maintenance and mangement" there is a "remote configuration" tool which basic and advanced setup. I have two NRV (DS-7604NI-E1/4P and DS7608NI-I2/8p)
so when i load the advanced remote configuration on the 4port NVR i get an comprehensive list of options.
however when i do the same on the 8port nvr i can see it loading the comprehensive list and the cog is still spinning but them i am presented with a fairly basic (list of options to change) anyone else had this? is there a setting on the nrv somewhere to allow remote access?
