Help needed guys, this is an issue we've developed either after upgrading to HIK-Connect v5, or since updating the firmware on the NVR and cameras. The problem is that on 2 of the three cameras we're not getting any alerts on the HIK-Connect app when a line is crossed (i.e. people crossing a 'line' when coming up the drive). The settings on all thre cameras were checked and they are identical (both direct on the cameras and in iVMS).
The only way I can get any sort of notification is to turn on 'motion detection', which had not been turned on previously. We now get 'motion detection' alerts but they trigger every few minutes.
Any ideas what I need to set to fix things?
