iVMS-4200 No playback on IVMS or DVR but fine on Android App?

I've got a really weird issue, I can't get IVMS or My DVR to playback files they both say the files do not exist however I can playback fine on my Android Hik-connect App.

This definitely used to work and its very frustrating as the App doesn't have any smart searches and a neighbours cat was stolen last night, combing through on the App will literally take hours.

Has anyone seen similar behavior?
