No Permission to add NVDR

Hi All,
I am trying to add my NVDR to IVMS 4200, latest download, but each and every time it comes back with no permission, I have tried to sign in as a super user and with a new admin user but each and every time it fails. I am able to view over the phone app but have never been able to view on my windows 10 pc, I am using no-ip, any suggestions?

From a PC on the same network, using the Internet Explorer browser.
Can you see and access that NVR?
What model NVR?
Running what firmware version please?

Yes PC on the same network.
I can see the NVR but am unable to access or add
HIK Vision, DS-7716NI-14/16P
Firmware version - V4.1.11. BUILD 171204

Your Hikvision NVR firmware is quite old.
Can you please update to the latest version V4.21.005:
