No email notifaction

I have a hikvision DS-7608NI-I2 / 8P firmware V3.4.92 build 170518 which is lastest firmware. I cannot get the email notifaction to work i tried very thing from this site and other sites is anything else is can try. Or is it a firmware problem?

Any joy with this RamboneKiller? Got a couple of Hikvisions recently and can't get them to connect to an smtp server, tried 3 different ones now.
