Nikvision & Synology share folder - network HDD

Good afternoon. Need your help -
I am using Nikvision DS-7732NI-I4 - firmware version V4.21.006 build 190531. I use Synology RS3618xs as a network drive. The problem I have is the following - when I created a shared folder on Synology and try to connect it to Nikvision: the folder is connected, but I can not initialize it - it gives out - a device error. And to initialize it will not succeed. If you create ISCSI the Fun, then the Nikvision sees the moon connects and can work with it.
The question is how to connect according to option 1 through a shared folder?
