Newbie HIK vision help

Hi

I have a slew of cctv cameras and have just switched to Hik Vision EXIR turret but hard wired to router - their software is almost impossible to navigate for a newbie and Hik Connect has killed my phone's responsiveness - I have a Cammy subscription which my previous camera recorded to but CAmmy set up cannot 'see' the Hik Vision camera at all even though its hard wired to the router - any help in plain english gratefully received - thanks

Hi,
I'm afraid I don't know anything about Cammy.
If you use HikVision's SADP utility, you should be able to find your turret camera on your network set its password, IP address, etc.

Then, for starters, you can access it at that IP address simply using Internet Explorer
