Motion detection sensitivity on DS-7608NI-I2-8P

I have enabled motion detection on 3 cams and tried to ensure no false alarms are picked up by drawing the areas where nothing should activate unless someone or something actually goes into my yard etc.
Unfortunately I'm getting lots of notifications now coming through but there is no motion on the capture.
I'm assuming that its the change in light from cloudy to full sun on my drive that is being seen as motion.
Is there anyway to lower the sensitivity so it has to be an actual object entering a detection box so that I lower the false alarm issue?

You should be able to edit the sensitivity of the motion detection on the Events page. (see below)
