iVMS4200 unable to view 2nd device...

Hi guys,

Installed an Hikvision system today, and as it is family ive added it to my account as a 2nd system.

On iVMS4500 (Mobile) both system appear and can view them remotely.
On Hik-Connect mobile app i can also view both systems remotely.

If i log-on to Hik-Connect website i can see both systems in the list.

However, when i load iVMS4200 client on my PC, in device management i can see both systems as 'added' but only able to view the 1st system.
If i click the 'Main View' tab, only the 1st system shows in the left panel with list of cameras.
So even though both systems are added to the account and can see them listed, im unable to view the 2nd system on iVMS4200.

If anyone could point me in the right direction id be very grateful.
 
Hmm, one of those quirky ones.

Are you running the latest version of iVMS-4200?
Hikvision iVMS-4200 v2.7.1.4

Apart from that, clutching at straws:
Are all your devices running the latest firmware?
Reboot things (we've known it to work!).

Thanks for reply.

Am running latest version of iVMS. As for firmware, both systems are on their shipped firmware as havnt brushed up on updating firmware just yet.

Im quite savvy with that kinda thing.

No doubt can do it direct from system menu if system is online or indeed could sideload via USB.

My only doubt is downloading the correct firmware. Hikvision website is a bit of a minefield
I have the 7200 series (4 channel) and just purchased the 7208 to install at a neighbours.

Ill probably read the manual eventually :D
