Hi guys,
Installed an Hikvision system today, and as it is family ive added it to my account as a 2nd system.
On iVMS4500 (Mobile) both system appear and can view them remotely.
On Hik-Connect mobile app i can also view both systems remotely.
If i log-on to Hik-Connect website i can see both systems in the list.
However, when i load iVMS4200 client on my PC, in device management i can see both systems as 'added' but only able to view the 1st system.
If i click the 'Main View' tab, only the 1st system shows in the left panel with list of cameras.
So even though both systems are added to the account and can see them listed, im unable to view the 2nd system on iVMS4200.
If anyone could point me in the right direction id be very grateful.
