iVMS.exe Error code [302] Camera disabled or Not connected

CONNECTING TO DEVICE ERROR - DS-2CD2142 FWD Attempting to connect to a simple wireless network via PoE D-Link 4 way switch.
What is the best way to solve why it is not connected?
Seem to be going around in circles.
Please advise where to start?

Add the camera to your network.
e.g. connect your switch to your router.
Connect your camera to your switch.
On a PC on the same network, install & run SADP.
That should find your camera and allow you to progress to set it up.
