iVMS 4500 on Windows Phone problem

Hi, Recently had a HikVision home CCTV setup installed (and very pleased with it). I can access it via Android phones & tablet OK but we also have a Windows phone (Nokia Lumia) which just stops almost as soon as 'live view' is selected.

I have downloaded iVMS 4500 from the Windows store (there is no HD version available) and it is setup in exactly the same way as the Android phones for wifi access, but as soon as it tries to open the camera view, it disappears before loading and closes the iVMS 4500 app.

Anyone come across this problem before on a Windows phone ??

No experience with the Windows app I'm afraid, but a quick look at the most recent reviews of the Windows version of iVMS 4500 show that some other users are experiencing the same issue as yourself.

The Windows version of iVMS 4500 is very rarely updated however - I'd suggest using Android or iOS wherever possible.
