We installed IVMS-4200 on Win10 desktop computer. The top line with File, System, View etc does not show and also the next line that starts with Control Panel does not show. Cannot move this on the screen. We have this successfully working on other computers. Have installed, uninstalled several times with no success. Any ideas?

The problem is not likely to be Windows 10, perhaps graphics drivers?
