iVMS-4200 non-Admin user cannot see new cameras

Hi - my first posting, thanks for the forum and support (in anticipation!)
I have a DS-7716NI-14 with 13 cameras in total. We are using iVMS-4200 client on Windows 7 PCs. I've recently added 2 additional cameras which I can view when logged in as admin.

Other users that use a non-Admin account cannot see the new cameras on their display, even though the cameras have been enabled for that account.

If I login to that user's PC, then login to NVR with non-admin account the cameras are visible! I'm confused.

We are using iVMS-4200 client v2.4.6.7 on each PC.

Everything I've tried (even a new non-admin account) has not worked.

Have you any advice for troubleshooting or fix please?

Hi Jonathon,

Perhaps try the latest version of IVMS (2.7.1.4 released last month):
Hikvision iVMS-4200 v2.7.1.4 (Windows)(Multilingual) (NEW!) - Hikvision UK & Ireland

Also, check your NVR is running the latest firmware:

NB - big changes between V3 and V4 NVR firmware:
Latest HikVision Firmware for -I NVRs - new V4.1.50 (76XX, 77XX, 96XX NI-I)
