IVMS-4200 Live View suddenly not showing cameras

I have about 25 cameras and 3 NVRs (Hikvision) connected, using IVMS-4200. All have been working up through yesterday.

Suddenly I can't see cameras in LIVE VIEW or Playback.

The live feed is showing on the monitor that is attached directly to the NVRs. I can see the cameras using my phone app. I just can't see LIVE FEED on my desktop where IVMS is loaded. I can go to IVMS-4200 settings and see the "Live Image" display for each camera.

I have rebooted my computer, my modem, with no success.

Hi @mrinsa, have you added your cameras and NVRs to iVMS-4200 via IP address, or by signing into Hik-Connect in the software?
Could you please share screenshots of the device management page, with the serial numbers blocked out, and the live feed page that isn't working?

Could be either you logged out from your cloud account, if you used one. Or if it was locally added, then problem could be that they are on DHCP and got new ip addresses from router due to powerloss,DHCP refresh interval, or any other reason.
