ISAPI - iDS-7716NXI-I4/16S - occupancy of parking spaces - counting the number of cars

We have iDS-7716NXI-I4/16S and I want to use via ISAPI the information (value) number of cars on parking. Where i can find method of detect car on place of parking?
I checked:
/ISAPI/Intelligent/capabilities
/ISAPI/System/capabilities
/ISAPI/Smart/capabilities
/ISAPI/Traffic/capabilities

But the result isn't OK. I can't find nothing.
Maybe something must be set in iDS-7716NXI-I4/16S then this information will be available via ISAPI

Maybe somebody can advise me in this case?
