Is my nvr installed with latest firmware?

Can you tell me if my Hikvision is updated to the latest firmware please.

That is the latest version on the Hikvision UK portal for your NVR. The EU portal doesn't even have that version, the latest there is 3.4.103, so it does look like you have the latest yes.
