Is it possible to connect to Hikvision Stream Media Server from third party software?

it describes direct (Camera, NVR, DVR...) connection.
My question about Hikvision Stream Media Server. Logically, URL should contain SMS ip address, device ip address, device user-password, channel id or something like this.
