IP PTZ for farm

Hi, I need a PTZ that can be used to monitor animals at night in a shed during lambing season. Viewed on phone app or browser. No recording need. I have been quoted £195 plus VAT for this

But is it overkill? There seems to be loads at £150 ish on amazon. I have been recommended a Sricam sp008 but dont have time to wait on it to come from China (£70-80ish)

£195 +VAT is not expensive for a PTZ.
