IP cameras keep disconecting

So...I have 2 Hikvision Ip cameras DS-2CD2T85FWD-I5. They are disconnecting from the NVR continuously. If I unplug then plug them again from the regular switch they are working again for a couple of minutes then disconnects.
I attached a picture for you guys to see how they are connected.

Each camera has its own cable to the POE switch?
Each connected to a separate port on that switch?
Home made cables?
If so, perhaps test with bought patch leads to see if the problem persists?
Screened cables can sometimes cause problems if earthed both ends.

Check the Hikvision portals and make sure that you are using the latest firmware for all your devices.

Out of interest, please mention the make/model of the PoE switch.

It is a Hikvision PoE switch.

I solved the problem. I replaced the regular switch with a gigabit one.
