IP camera recommendation for reading vehicle registration numbers at 36 metres

Can anyone recommend a good IP camera with a fixed focal length that will allow registration numbers of vehicles to be read at a distance of 36 metres?

Hikvision's 7A26 ANPR camera with its 32mm focal length option should be OK.

The 8m scene width at a distance of 36m is a bit wider than ideal, but the cameras function so well that I'm confident it'll be OK.
