Hik-Connect Ip camera network issues

Good evening house.. please I need your assistance asap please.


Installed two ip cameras one directly to the nvr and the other one was powered with a poe e switch and extended through a network switch to the nvr.

The nvr is online but the problem now is only one of them is online. The online is not coming up on the sadp app and the one on the sadp is showing on the nvr.

It looks like this might be an issue with your network layout/configuration.

Can you please send us a sketch (pen & paper or digital drawing) of your network layout? (e.g. show us all the elements of your network - router, switches, NVR, cameras - and how they are all linked together)
